When I started the 1U Company website, chose its name, I had a concept in mind.
I wanted to offer meaningful employment opportunities to everybody who desires experiencing having (structurally) a satisfying job.......

With full freedom of choice, honouring the unique human talents you'd like to develop in our lives, your way.
Honouring my understanding of esoterical insights too, in a modern day 'jacket'.
I wrote 12 job-descriptions for Soul-jobs, as an invitation to seriously play with.
As an open invitation to come and work for the 1U company too, your own company of this ONE Universe.

Your core being desires to experiences the Joy of Being and.. when it does, feels alive, rewarded with something of great value...... more energy to invest in experiencing more Joy of Being, being more resourceful than before.
Of course your are perfectly free to have other job's and functions and roles in life too. Most souls do so and see the joy of being a baker, a journalist, a parent and/or a spouse too.
It is when you get lost in those conventional jobs being ' for the money' or those roles ' being for the personal rewards and the sole satisfaction of your personal needs', you may experience the Universal Invitation that you need to consider to make a switch in your human career: profound unhappiness, hollow emotional emptyness and feeling 'lost'.
How to 'solve' that?
Probably not by resigning from all your jobs and relations, thinking 'they' are to blame for your stae of being and you need to get rid of those undesirable ties in order to 'be free'.
Probably by re-designing the concepts of what you work for, for whom and why...... and.... give it your own very personal touch and full attention.
Where the good things are........
You simply choose it to become it and than you have it, when you are experiencing performing it to your best abilities.
Undercover and part-time, if you prefer that.... or as your main occupation in life.. when you feel ready for that.
