Personal background on my Food for Thought produce
Many lifestyle advisors have become a specialist on their field of interest, because they made a profound lifestyle change themselves that proved to really lead to the desired effects. They then feel that others, in a similar position, might benefit from applying the understandings they gained in the process.
Very, very often, the motivation to come up with a better working plan, sprang from having to play a rather challenging card, handed to you by life. You probably didn’t consciously happily choose : the loss (of a job or a loved one), a chronic (mental) health condition, a life threatening health scare, substance use that got out of hand…..
But one day you realise you’d better step up to the mark, to deal to your best abilities and understandings with it.
The same with me.
The condition I am dealing with, has many names.
Being an HSP is maybe the most common name.
Other names are: being an empath, being an indigo.
Completely at the end of this article, I will give it another name that rings true on my highest understanding of the condition. But I’ll first explain what the main challenge is that I am facing in everyday life, in order to stay healthy.
I can best illustrate it, with a physical condition more and more people are aware of these days: celiac disease.
This is the name of a strong and severe allergic reaction to taking in gluten.
People who are really sensitive to gluten, will fall ill, on taking in even the smallest amount in their food or drinks, almost in the same instant.
Even if you don’t have this intolerance to gluten ( or any other food component) yourself, it is easy to imagine that this calls for profound life style adjustments for those people. They need to be really deeply aware of what they eat with an almost constant high alert on knowing ‘what’s in it’.
‘ Just grabbing’ something, in a restaurant or of the shelve or counter, any treat on a social gathering….. it is simply not a good idea, for gluten are used everywhere in our society.
For other people it may be very much OK to expose themselves to gluten, but it is directly and clearly harming the health and wellbeing for these people .
You can imagine that In their own living environment, apart from sharing all information openly on the matter so that everyone is aware of this , trust is crucial. When anyone else prepares or brings food in the house, this real need for every simple meal or snack presented to be totally gluten free is always actively honoured and respected. A small crumb, left unattended or airborne, may contaminate another fooditem.
Apparently, I am ultra-sensitive to non-organic truth-modifications.
I can joke that that makes me a living ‘bullshit’-detector, but it has equally profound consequences in my daily (social) life.
When a person is dishing up for me anything that contains even very small traces of dubious intentions, discrepancies or pretending, I notice it straight away.
Granted, in really small doses, I experience ‘only’ a minor irritation and discomfort.
But larger amounts make me literally run, having to actually leave the scene urgently to look after myself, cleanse my energy system deeply, I am experiencing major discomfort and …. frustration.
Where gluten can be seen as stuff, related to certain plants in the world of food, I am sensitive to completely artificial vibes as well as non-organically altered vibes, related to human interactions, in the world of exchanging energy vibrations.
How is that for a challenge of trying to have a fulfilling and harmonious healthy social life in this modern western world?
If you are not really sensitive to gluten, you may not be aware that gluten are put in virtually everything we consider food, almost as if it is considered to be a necessity to make recipes work well.
If you are not really sensitive to truth-modifications, you may not be aware that truth-modifications are applied in almost every human interaction, almost as if it is considered to be a necessity to make relations work well.
How to deal with that, if applying taking in this so commonly applied substance, even in tiny amounts, is very clearly not working well for you?!
Being intolerant to gluten, you can decide to only take in food you prepared in your own kitchen where nobody else is allowed to come, purchase your ingredients from trusted sources. You can decide to never eat anything in public, or made by another.
As a person intolerant to modificated-truths , you can decide to do the same: only and completely making up your own mind, not believing (taking emotionally in) a ‘word’ anyone else says.
Since human beings are wired to be social beings who form bonds by sharing their food, drinks, emotions and ideas, such a drastic decision makes for a lonely and rather boring life.
So… there is a need to raise awareness with the people around us about ‘what happens’ and hand them ideas for simple alternatives we can digest and process happily!
We have to take the risk to fall ill every now and then, when something has escaped the awareness.
We need to have safety measure at hand for when that happens, so we can very quickly care of ourselves…. preferably, without forcefully blaming the other for doing us so much harm, “being ignorant for our basic needs”. Incidents happen and your loved ones are doing their best and although it is ‘no fun’ to be taken by surprise by such an incident, you are prepared, know what to do to cleanse your system and you’ll ‘live’.
Please delve a little bit deeper into the full scope of this when I have people in the intimate spaces of my daily life.
Partners at work or in the house, with whom I exchange regularly profound ideas and emotions, with whom IO am forming and executing cooperative plans, on a day to day bases….
Know that, the only thing that is palatable for me, that I can fully enjoy straight away, happily and healthily with a smile on my face, contains nothing but natural truth!
Choosing to live with me, to interact with me on a day to day bases, to love me up close and personal, needs to come with a commitment to a huge amount of awareness on the quality of the vibes you create, handle and expose yourself and me to, want me to swallow, to believe, to accept in my energy field, to work and play with.
For not matter how much I really like to be involved in intense co-creative relations……
I cannot handle incidents happening all the time, 24/7!
(Or… so often that the quality of my life, my overall wellbeing is really deteriorating).
And if I say ‘commitment to examining the quality of all the energetic vibes that are being processed’, one may not realize that that goes way beyond ‘telling the truth as you know it and act accordingly’ ( which is already a major task in itself).
For every person is carrying in the spices-cupboard of their belief system all sorts of produce from their culture, handed over from generation to generation, known to be fully ‘normal’ and socially acceptable’ even ‘ applauded’ to use, that actually are modifications of natural truths, without you even knowing it!
So be prepared for this, to happen regularly if you keep applying those ‘well trusted to be safe’ spices out of your ancestory and cultural cupboards:

So yes, choosing to live with me, may be great fun if you really don’t mind going though all the content of your belief system and fancy going for a natural lifestyle.
Or if you desire to go for advancing in spiritual life and are interested in being completely TRUE, to yourself and others.
You will never ever have had a clearer picture on how well you are doing on that path. Looking in the mirror of my eyes, you will see every little white lie and incongruent action magnified to giant proportions.
If, however, you prefer to continuing hanging out a lot with the ‘normal’ crowd and have the full pallet of ‘normal’ human interactions, a ‘normal’ social life, whether online and/or offline, being anywhere near a person with my sensitivity, is no mutual fun.
All sorts of cross contamination (misunderstandings and disharmonies) do take place.
My disability, if you want to call it that, is at the same time the base for one of my strengths and highly specialised skills.
Anyone who wants to sort out what is not entirely naturally right and true in their lives, will find in me an expert on analysing their vibes and come up with recipes to replace the modificated truths with natural vibes grown in their own inner wisdom (natural origin secured) .
In spiritual circles they say:”the truth shall set you free”.
But it may seem a radical lifestyle:
only ‘being’ on a diet of pure natural ‘truths’ is like eating only vegetables without all the goodies containing lots of refined salt, sugar and grease….
However, once you become experienced in cooking with natural ingredients only, like fresh vegetables, without adding the salt, sugar and grease supplements and so called taste enhancers, it is then than you discover how much rich different nuanced flavour layers are naturally present in all those types of veggies.
At the beginning of this article, I named my condition HSP, Highly Sensitive Person.
But studying natural vibes as a result of that, I am actually wondering if the condition is not actually called ‘being human’.
Yes, it is chronic, imprinted in my DNA. I had it from the day I was born and will have it untill the day I day.
But I may not be the odd exception who simply (pour soul) can’t ‘normally’ cope with the full spectrum of apparently normal human vibes.
I observe that so many people are having the very same symptoms I had before I started to be conscious about the vibes I was (prod-)using: chronic undercurrent of irritation, chronic vague fear related to position and functioning in the social world, indistinct dissatisfaction with life, even when all goes well according to cultural standards……
Maybe the human body isn’t physically protesting from something material we use?
( although many of us might want to consider looking at the quality of what they physically stuff themselves with….)
Maybe the human soul is meta-physically squirming trying to process all these virbational nonsense we’ve come up with in our eveolution as a species, that is not properly nourishing our soul. Vibrations we nevertheless call ‘normal’ and force ourselves to keep applying abundantly?
Do I know?
Yes.
But time will tell.
Meanwhile, I just go on creating my own Food for Thought and sharing the tasty recipes I come up with, over the internet, with the world.
Let’s face it, you don’t have to be intolerant to gluten, to enjoy a fantastic gluten free meal.
You don’t even have to know someone with gluten intolerance, to try such a recipe out.
But is regularly occurs that people observe to significantly feel better in themselves, have more energy, better focus, better ideas, on a more natural diet.
Maybe that is not only the case on food ingredients, but also on the between humans exchanged energetical vibes…..?

- Seeing the mistrust and frustration in my eyes for the umpteenth time when you ‘forgot’ that you can’t use this particular ingredient on me…. “Woops, sorry”….
- Feeling your own frustration that it seems to be always your behaviour that I am dissecting on the table, analysing up to the smallest bit, pointing at the exact vibe of dubious origin.
- Me emphasizing on a regular bases the importance of being totally aware, open and honest, especially when there are patterns recurring around similar issues, containing the use of the same ‘value-‘ ingredients.
Which, to put it out there in the open, IS conveying the message that I asses you to be not aware, open and honest enough.
Which, just calling it what it is….. is very hard to keep taking as a correctly and carefully observed and double checked assessment from someone who has fallen ill on taking in a vibes you did supply, worth active investigation.
When it happens often enough, you may start resenting this ‘ judging you to be ‘wrong’ all the time’. - I am strongly recommending that you (and our relation) would benefit from taking time to sift though meticulously through your culturally accepted truths in your belief system, for I know that there are ingredient in there that contain too much artificial modifications in it for me to handle.
Which, again, IS conveying the message that I asses some ingredients of your cultural background to contain natural truth modifications.
Which, just calling it what it is….. is very hard to keep taking as a correctly observed assessment over several occurrences, from someone who has fallen ill on taking in a vibes you did supply, worth active investigation.
When it happens often enough, you may start resenting that so many of your (precious, beloved, trusted) cultural habits and beliefs, handed to you by people who love(d) you and taught you about making life fun, can’t be put on my plate for they don’t agree with me
. - You will probably start to think that I always need things to be done exactly my way. That I am a horrible control freak who wants only one thing: to be in charge of the content of your personal belief system, leading all your choices, telling you precisely what to be, have and do, including when and how.
And of course, you will want to run from that.
What may be beyond the scope of your awareness, is:
- That I am monitoring equally, if not even more so, all the time the beliefs and vibes I use and produce. Holding every little snippet of vibe up to my own scrutiny, from every single source, cultural, personal, when I suspect there is something not quite natural/right about it and finding natural alternatives for its use.
- That I am producing my own Food for Thought supply, growing it with great daily care and full attention in my own emotional gardens, invisible to the outside world, in the energetic gardens in my inner world.
- That I know, from my own experience, that this sifting though and high awareness on vibes, is not an exercise in limiting one's freedom of choice at all. Because each ‘brand’ of modificated truth, can be replaced with at least several natural alternatives, with a depth of nuance for when, where and how it enhances joyfully and naturally enhances the quality of life.
- I would never prescribe to you which ones of those you ‘should’ use, when and how!
